Troy McCoy is a Senior Director of Strategic Partnership. In this role Troy partners with trial attorneys and their plaintiff clients to address the critical and complicated issues that arise during settlements, including healthcare lien resolutions, Medicare Set-Asides, structured settlements, pooled trusts and attorney fee deferral programs.

Troy has spent the last 15 years in direct sales and sales management. During the past 7 years, as a Business Development Manager, he focused on building strong partnerships and developing long-term client relationships. Troy is passionate about the opportunity to help as many families as possible every day and maximize the compensation they deserve, while allowing attorneys to do what they do best.

Troy grew up in Long Island, NY, before attending the Furman University in Greenville, SC, where he played collegiate basketball before relocating to Orlando, FL. Troy is primarily a fan of New York sports teams (Yankees, Giants, Islanders), but he is a huge Michael Jordan fan so he’s a Bulls fan as well. Troy loves working out and recently started a T-shirt business as a hobby.
