Tony Loscalzo is a Director of Business Development for Synergy Settlement Services in the New York Metropolitan area. In this role Tony partners with trial attorneys and their plaintiff clients to assist with the many issues that inevitably arise during settlements, including healthcare lien resolution, Medicare Set-Asides, structured settlements, special needs trusts and attorney fee deferral programs.

Prior to joining Synergy, Tony helped attorneys develop their practices throughout the NY and NJ area at Thomson Reuters FindLaw for over 17 years. During his tenure at Thomson Reuters, Tony consulted directly with law firms and also served for five years as the NYC regional manager. He received numerous accolades, was a five-time recipient of the President’s Club award and served as a founding member of the Field Advisory Council.  Tony attributes his success to first learning the challenges firms face, and then focusing on being a valuable resource and relentless advocate.

Tony is now dedicated to applying his experience, relationships, and customer-centric philosophy to benefit plaintiff injury attorneys and their clients. Synergy allows trial lawyers to focus on what they do best and helps injury victims transition from litigation to life.

Tony’s passion for life manifests in both his professional career and personal experiences. He truly believes in the “work hard, play hard” mentality. He has been a private pilot for 33 years, is an avid sailor, and loves to ski and spend time outdoors. He was born in New York and raised in northern New Jersey. Following his father’s footsteps, he attended Clarkson University in northern New York, where he earned a BS in Industrial Distribution and chose a sales path after college.

Tony is the proud father of two teenage daughters and lives in northern New Jersey. He is a fan of the NY Yankees, Giants, and Rangers.

“Synergy is our guiding light for deferring our contingent legal fees and planning for retirement. The lawyers at Panter Panter & Sampedro, myself included, have been working with them for over ten years using different methods to defer comp and plan for retirement.”

"I don't think I've directly said "thank you" for helping us with Bridgett’s case. We sent the reduced payment to Medicaid and called Bridgett's mom to tell her approximately how much money was going to be left for Bridgett and she broke down over the telephone. Given only $25k of insurance and a $850k medical bill from the hospital she didn't think Bridgett would ever see a penny."
