Teresa Kenyon is a California and Kentucky licensed attorney and Director of Lien Resolution Services for Synergy Settlement Services. Teresa and her team provide invaluable assistance to plaintiff attorneys by handling all types of health liens and bringing them to a swift resolution.

Prior to joining Synergy, Teresa spent almost eight years with The Rawlings Group, the largest insurance claims recovery company in the industry. She managed subrogation operations and served as in-house counsel for Rawlings’ operating center in Los Angeles. Teresa represented the nation’s top health insurance carriers including Aetna, Blue Shield, and Health Net. She has extensive knowledge of federal laws pertaining to health care subrogation including the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Federal Employees Health Benefits Act (FEHBA), and Medicare Secondary Payer Act (MSP) as well as state laws nationwide.

Teresa graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Psychology. She earned her J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.
