Rodd Santomauro is the Vice President of Business Development of Synergy Settlement Services. A former plaintiff’s personal injury attorney with 25 years to date of consumer advocacy and leadership experience, Rodd brings a unique and powerful added perspective to Synergy’s comprehensive set of services.  He has made appearances in almost every type of court jurisdiction, from county court to the United States Supreme Court.

    Rodd’s articles have been published by numerous respected publications, including, but not limited to:  American Inns of Court,  The Bencher, various publications from the American Association for Justice, as well as many other state and national publications. He has made multiple radio and television appearances, lectured and been a featured speaker at several legal symposiums, and his work and resulting successes has been featured in cover stories in the Des Moines Register, Barry Law Magazine, Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, Connecticut Law Tribune, as well as The Florida Bar News.

    Rodd earned his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, and his Juris Doctor from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida.

    Rodd is licensed to practice law and is an attorney in good standing in the following jurisdictions: All state courts in Florida and the District of Columbia; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; U.S. District Court, District of Columbia; and the United States Supreme Court.
