Jeff Faulkner is the Director of Business Development – Centralized Sales. Jeff’s team of Business Development Managers handle the incoming opportunities from firms that are not currently managed by outside Business Development leaders. Jeff’s team is driven by the opportunity to help as many families as possible every day and maximize the compensation they deserve.

Jeff has spent the last 20 years in direct sales and sales management in the industrial space. Jeff has successfully led sales teams that focus on customer service which in turn drives relationships and builds long term growth and client loyalty. He enjoys watching team members achieve success and change their lives through hard work and a deep understanding of helping others.

Jeff grew up in Louisiana and then his family moved to Georgia when he was 12, so he is both a Georgia Bulldog and an LSU Tiger. Jeff is married with 5 kids. He moved to Orlando, Florida in 2017 in order to see the Disney fireworks every night. If he is not at Disney, he is trying to find some other new adventure to take his family on. He regularly makes his wife envious by taking his three youngest girls on lunch dates and shopping for bath bombs. Jeff is a hysterical baseball fan. He has been cheering on the Atlanta Braves since he was in diapers. His dream vacation is to take a trip in an RV during a baseball season and go to one game for each team in every stadium. His retirement home is a cabin in a remote snowy forest without electricity that can only be accessed by helicopter but has access to Braves baseball through a hand crank television.

“Synergy is our guiding light for deferring our contingent legal fees and planning for retirement. The lawyers at Panter Panter & Sampedro, myself included, have been working with them for over ten years using different methods to defer comp and plan for retirement.”

"I don't think I've directly said "thank you" for helping us with Bridgett’s case. We sent the reduced payment to Medicaid and called Bridgett's mom to tell her approximately how much money was going to be left for Bridgett and she broke down over the telephone. Given only $25k of insurance and a $850k medical bill from the hospital she didn't think Bridgett would ever see a penny."
