Chad Van Every is a Strategic Partnership Manager for Synergy Settlement Services. In this role, Chad partners with attorneys at outside firms to maximize the recovery for clients and families. He assists with everything from navigating Medicare compliance to lien resolution, and government benefits preservation, all in an effort to maximize clients’ results after life-altering injuries. He also seeks to welcome new firms into the Synergy family.

Chad has dedicated his entire professional life to a mix of business development and customer satisfaction roles. He truly believes in the power of relationship building and helping individuals and families in need.

Chad grew up in Lakewood, NY, and graduated college at Daemen University (Buffalo, NY) with a bachelor’s in Business Administration, summa cum laude. He was a collegiate golfer and is a passionate Buffalo Bills fan. Chad currently resides in the Orlando, FL area.
