Steve Lester serves as a settlement planner with Synergy Settlement Services in Dothan, Alabama. Synergy Settlement Services specializes in the multiple issues associated with conflict resolution to include Structured Settlement Annuities, Trust Services, MSA and Lien Resolution Services. Additionally, Synergy specializes in attorney fee structures and solutions.

After attending the University of Alabama he served ten years as operations and general manager for a manufacturing concern. In 1990 he took this understanding of business owner’s needs and objectives into the financial services business; he has been in the settlement business going on two decades working in the capacity of advising attorneys and their clients receiving proceeds from legal settlements. His experiences include work on the Monsanto Toxic Tort settlement in Alabama as well as other multi-claimant and individual cases with an emphasis as well as multiple experiences on Brain Injury cases. He was also chosen to mentor more than fifty Certified Financial Planners nationally; advising them in evaluations and solutions as well as navigating the legal issues associated with these cases. Steve continues to support numerous State and National Trial Lawyers Conferences annually; some of these include the North American Brain Injury Society, The National Trial Lawyers, Alabama Association for Justice and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of The Society of Settlement Planners; with these numerous industry experiences Steve is prepared and capable to serve attorneys and their claimants well in developing plans that will protect, grow as well as sustain their settlement dollars into the future.
